Schools occupy a unique position to influence behavior. Recognizing this, the FewerFoodWaste project aims to reduce school cafeteria waste by fostering awareness and student engagement through a school-wide campaign involving a two-minute video contest. To assess impact, a post-campaign food waste audit will be conducted in the school canteen, targeting at least a 25% reduction in solid food waste compared to the pre-campaign audit. Through creativity and collaboration, students will join a global movement to minimize food waste in schools.
