This senior project documents the planning and execution of a dance competition that was organized as a real-world learning experience. The project involved handling many aspects of event management, including early planning, promotion, participant registration, scheduling, venue preparation, and on-site coordination. Throughout the process, various challenges and unexpected situations occurred, such as time limitations, coordination issues, and last-minute changes, which required flexibility and problem-solving.
