A senior project to explore the process of product development through customization and small business practice. The project focuses on designing and producing customized keychain dolls that reflect individuality and personal meaning. Through this project, skills in planning, production, customer communication, and evaluation were developed. The project also provided practical experience in managing a small business and understanding how personalized products can create emotional value for customers.
