This senior project was inspired by a product called SoundLazer, which I came across while browsing on a crowdfunding website called Kickstarter, as well as my own audio issues. I have been experiencing mild tinnitus and temporary hearing loss myself, as well as problems regarding discomfort while using wearable audio devices. I wanted to try to create a solution that would utilize the directional audio technology while allowing me to move around freely without having to wear anything.
