Back in middle school, I had the opportunity to join a program called Future Problem Solving (FPS), which taught me about various societal issues. It equipped me with valuable skills and problem-solving frameworks, shaping me into the person I am today. This program changed my life, but I realized not everyone had access to such opportunities. I wanted to share this invaluable experience with others and help raise awareness about the growing issue of mental health. As a result, I organized this competition, a passion project inspired by FPS. My goal was to equip participants with creative thinking skills and problem-solving tools while also spreading knowledge about mental health. This competition aimed to create a community that inspires youth to take action and address global challenges, driven by the belief that solving problems begins with developing skilled problem solvers.
